Aaron Bundschuh, VP of Ad Operations
Aaron manages global delivery of high quality, failure-free services. He supports rapid scale-up of operational capacity through automation, process improvements while maintaining quality standards, response times, reliability and costs.
James Dillon, SVP of Global Sales & Solutions
James drives sales while building and maintaining relationships with leading online publishers around the globe. His team focuses on custom ad development and deployment, platform licensing, certification and consulting services.
Caleb Hill, SVP of International Business
Caleb tailors the company’s technology and services solutions to international accounts, and manages their implementation across global regions. With P&L and strategic responsibilities for the international business, Caleb also supports business development efforts for global clients.
Bryan Hjelm, VP of Product & Marketing
With responsibility for guiding products and platforms throughout the execution cycle, Bryan is focused on tailoring technology solutions to all markets and clients. In addition to product responsibilities, Bryan also leads the company’s overall brand and marketing strategies, public relations and communications programs.
Rob Molchon, VP of Engineering
In overseeing the development of the Unicast Ad Platform and other client facing technologies, Rob leads the quality assurance, project management and software development groups in creating cutting-edge, global advertising solutions.

Dan presides over robust reporting and in-depth analysis of all ads executed through Unicast. His team ensures that clients gain greater insight into campaign results and the effectiveness of their rich media and video campaigns.
